Enrolment Information

Commencement Year Table

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Kensington Primary School. To proceed, please complete the Application for Enrolment Form. You can download the enrolment package or obtain a copy from the School Office.

Proof of Residence is Required

When filling out the Application for Enrolment Form, you are required to provide proof of residence within the local intake area for Kensington Primary School.

• two pieces of evidence of your address – your most recent gas, water or electricity bill and your rates notice or lease

Birth Certificate and Immunisation Requirements

You are required to submit the student's original Birth Certificate.

Furthermore, it is mandatory to provide your child's current Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement as part of the enrolment documentation.

The statement must be dated within 2 months of the date of application for enrolment.

Overseas Students

Students born overseas must hold either; an Australian passport, citizenship papers or appropriate visa before applying to the school. For further information please contact us
